Chris Cadle has served as CEO of Resolute Solutions since 2020. A US Naval Reserve O-6 (Captain) now, while on active duty he served as a Communications Officer and Navigator on USS WHIDBEY ISLAND. He performed amphibious operations and executed drug interdiction and maritime security operations in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Thereafter he served as a Forward Deployed Training Liaison Officer at Afloat Training Group WESTPAC where he led teams in conducting readiness evaluations and in building and deploying tailored training packages including partnership with the Japanese Self-Defense Force.
 
After Chris transitioned to the corporate sector, he performed supply chain and manufacturing process improvement and organizational change management at Caterpillar. He earned certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management Professional. In other corporate roles, Chris led global teams in delivering IT services ranging from major ERP implementations, application development, application modernization, and application and infrastructure support.

Chris’s service in the US Navy Reserve has included one mobilization and several command assignments. In 2010, he deployed to Iraq where he served as the US-Forces Iraq Liaison Officer to USAID and as the Foreign Investment Action Officer for the USF-I J9. He directed reconstruction efforts by supporting foreign direct investment in Iraq and driving local infrastructure projects through government-commercial partnerships.

Chris’s first command was in the establishment and leadership of Coastal Riverine Squadron 10 Charlie Company First Platoon. He also assumed command of Military Sealift Command Expeditionary Port Unit 105 where his team supported training for Gulf of Guinea and West African nations in AFRICOM’s Obangame Express 2019. He again activated his command in support of multinational NATO exercise DEFENDER-Europe 20. Chris currently serves as a Navy Emergency Preparedness Liaison Officer facilitating Defense Support of Civil Authorities when communities are struck by catastrophic events.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Naval Academy; a Master of Science in International Management and a Master of Business Management. He volunteers with the No Veteran Dies Alone Program at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center.

Chris lives in Houston with his wife, Natalia, a native of Colombia, and their 5 children.
